Free Hour Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Free 1-Hour Automatic Driving Lesson offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions from ASK Drive, your dedicated private automatic driving instructor. 

1. Eligibility for Your Free Automatic Driving Lesson: * This offer is exclusively available to new students of ASK Drive who have not previously taken lessons with us. * Participants must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence. * Participants must be residents within our primary service areas: Maidenhead, Cookham, Taplow, Holyport, Cox Green, Stoke Poges, Slough, Marlow, and Wooburn Green, or immediately surrounding areas as confirmed by ASK Drive. * Participants must meet the minimum legal age requirements for learning to drive in the UK. * Participants must be able to read a standard UK number plate from a distance of 20 metres (or 20.5 metres if the older style number plate).

2. The Offer Details: * The offer entitles eligible new students to one (1) complimentary 60-minute automatic driving lesson. * This lesson will be conducted in an automatic transmission vehicle provided by ASK Drive. This offer is designed to give you a taste of our personalized automatic driving lessons.

3. Condition for Claiming Your Free Lesson: * To qualify for and receive the free lesson, the participant must agree to leave an honest review for ASK Drive on Google prior to the commencement of the free lesson. Proof of review submission may be required. * ASK Drive reserves the right to verify the review has been submitted before the lesson proceeds.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy: * All free lessons are subject to instructor availability. * Bookings must be made directly with ASK Drive by contacting [Your Preferred Contact Method, e.g., phone number / email address / website contact form]. * A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of the free lesson. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the free lesson. * Participants who cancel within 48 hours or do not attend the scheduled lesson will not be eligible to reschedule or claim the free lesson again.

5. Vehicle Dashcam & Consent: * For safety, security, and training purposes, our instruction vehicle is equipped with a front-facing dashcam. This dashcam records video footage and any verbal communication within the vehicle during lessons. * This footage will be retained and used strictly in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws (including GDPR) and may be used for evidence in the event of an accident, incident, or dispute, or for quality assurance. * Your presence and continued participation in the lesson within the vehicle constitutes your explicit consent and agreement to the use of the dashcam and the recording and retention of footage and verbal communication as described.

6. Instructor Discretion & Safety: * The ASK Drive instructor reserves the right to terminate the lesson at any point if they deem the student to be a danger to themselves, the instructor, the vehicle, or other road users, or if the student appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the lesson will be forfeited. * The instructor also reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this offer to any individual without prior notice, if they believe the terms are being abused or for any other legitimate reason, maintaining the quality of our private automatic driving instructor service.

7. Fair Usage & Combinations: * This offer is limited to one free 60-minute automatic driving lesson per individual. Attempts to claim multiple free lessons will result in disqualification from the offer and potential refusal of future services. * This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by ASK Drive.

8. General Terms: * ASK Drive's standard terms and conditions for all driving lessons will apply following the completion of the free lesson, should the student choose to continue with paid automatic driving lessons. * These terms and conditions are subject to change by ASK Drive at any time without prior notice.
